Why is your service free?

When we have worked together and found your perfect vacation solution, I will book everything for you. This associates my name with your reservation as your travel agent. The company the vacation was booked through (Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, etc) then pays me a percentage of the booking value. As the client, you pay EXACTLY what you would have paid if doing all the work yourself, and possibly less since travel agents are always in the know about current special offers. WHAT THIS MEANS IS if you were to book the vacation yourself, you would still be paying travel agent commission without getting to use the services.

I’ve never used a travel agent before. How does this work?

The steps are simple!

1) Contact Us and let us know some details about your vacation needs.

2) We will have a response back to you within 48 hours (probably faster) where we may have to gather some more details to move forward. We give you the option of filling out an online form or scheduling a 15 minute call. Whatever works best for you!

3) It is at this point that we will start to build quote options for you. We put together at least 3 initial options for our Disney and Universal clients. PLEASE do not move forward with this step if you have no intention of booking your vacation through byHannah Vacations. We happily offer free quotes to potential clients, but it’s the potential part that allows that to continue. We fully understand that plans unexpectedly change, but if you know from the beginning that you will not be booking a vacation within the next 30 days, or that you plan to book that vacation without the assistance of byHannah Vacations then you are unethically using our services and asking us to work without pay. We humbly ask that you please do not do this.

4) In addition to the 3 initial quotes, we offer up to 3 more free quotes in order to find your perfect vacation solution! Many clients will use the 3 initial quotes to decide on their preferred resort, but then may ask for a different room type or a quote that includes an add-on. Other clients will decide that they need to change their travel dates or edit the travel party. We want to find that perfect solution! However, if you require more than the 6 quotes, we do charge $25 per additional quote.

5) After finding your solution, I will collect all needed info from you, including a secure credit card form, and book everything for you! As explained in the FAQ above, this is how I earn my commission and also how we are able to provide our free-to-clients services.

6) Once booked, I am here for you for pretty much anything you need! Feel free to ask me whatever questions you have about your travel or let me know what else you need help with. Services I offer include: dining reservation scheduling for onsite guests, itinerary building, flight research, MCO to resort roundtrip shuttle booking, final payment reminders, tips, tricks, and strategy sharing, a pre-travel check in call/Zoom, before/during vacation support, and more!

What if I still want control over my own vacation?

I meet the client where they want to be met. The only requirement is that I book the resort/tickets/cruise for you so that I may earn my commission as explained above. Other than that, you can have as much control as you want! I can hand you a turnkey vacation or I can simply be here to be your human Google by answering all your questions with experience-based expertise or anything in between. The choice is yours.

Why shouldn’t I just book it myself?

We all have computers and internet. So, CAN you book it yourself? Of course you can. Booking a resort and some theme park tickets online is not hard. But if that’s all you do… I can promise you will not enjoy your vacation. Disney CANNOT be winged. If you’ve ever heard a Disney vacation horror story where they promised they would “never be back,” I can say with high certainty that they did not do the required planning, and THAT is where I come in. I take that required 3 month’s worth of research and hand it to you on a silver platter so that you can walk past all of those winging it with a confident smile and an anxiety free mind.

What makes you an expert?

I live and breathe Disney and Universal. All of my social media algorithms are pointed straight at Disney/Universal news, tips, and tricks which means that I’m learning about my job even when I’m off the clock. As a travel agent, I’m on the phone with these companies almost daily, and have access to exclusive webinars that constantly update me on anything that changes. It’s not just my job. It is also my hobby. I love Disney. I love theme parks, and I truly enjoy knowing everything there is to know. On top of that, I have graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge (yes, that is a real thing), passed all Universal travel agent trainings, and have a personal CLIA card (which is a common form of a travel agent ID). I’m happy to share copies of these credentials to anyone who asks.

You mentioned a custom itinerary, but I’m not the itinerary type of vacationer. What if I want flexibility?

I wish I had a better word to use than itinerary… When it comes to Disney and Universal, we should all want flexibility, because it is impossible to make it through these vacations without it. You will never know until you get there whether a ride will have a 10 minute wait for a 135 minute wait, so a minute by minute itinerary would be completely useless. What I provide is an informational based guide for each park you will be visiting along with necessary overarching information and documents. For instance, when going to Magic Kingdom, I will provide you info on all attractions, what can be booked on Genie+, best breakfast options, lunch options, drinks and snacks, info on parades and nighttime shows, etc. Plus, there will be all the general info on Disney such as how to use Genie+, stroller rentals, the rider switch program, how virtual queues and individual lightning lanes work, and more. Unlike many other travel agents, all of this will be available on an easy to use app on your phone! It is always accessible, based in flexibility, organized by each day of your trip, and will never rely on your email’s search engine.
